I started my career like most agents — grinding in personal production — but I was able to accelerate my success because I had amazing coaches invested in my success: my parents, who started our team and built the foundation of success we still stand on today. Over time, I realized my real passion wasn’t just selling homes, it was creating an environment where other agents could thrive.
